Through a blend of music, meditation and sound healing, I tailor each session to your unique needs. It becomes a sacred space where you can freely explore your inner wisdom and discover mindfulness, clarity and resilience. Each session is $125. Packages of 4-6 are also available.

Each session includes a creative exercise that prepares you to sink deeper into the harp meditation. Plus it teaches you how to infuse mindfulness into your daily routine. Building your mindfulness muscle will help you approach challenges with clarity and calmness.

HARP MEDITATION

The harp is a doorway to your soul that quiets your mind, relaxes your body and soothes your spirit. The guided meditation is sound & story, combined with rhythm, resonance and rest. Discover the space between the notes, the silence within sound and find calm within.

MUSICAL MEDICINE

There’s plenty of healing music in each session. We’re going to learn how to play with music through journaling, breath and meditation. Songs range from Beethoven to The Beatles to Harry Styles, chosen to meet your needs and personalized goals.

Together, we’ll craft a plan to help you reach your goals. We’ll use creative tools like journaling and playing with color to spark insights and nurture motivation. I'll also send you a follow-up email with a summary of our session and suggestions on how to extend your experience.

I'm a zen harpist & meditation teacher. Why the harp & meditation?

After losing my 15-year-old son, birds tapped on my windows. They walked into my house and whispered dreams about the healing power of the harp. 

I finally bought one. And oh, it was magic! The harp started me on my journey of music & meditation. It attuned me to the healing energies floating all around me.

Now, I'm passionate about helping others find their light and inner peace.

And it all started with a bird, a harp and a deep desire to help others.

FAQs

  • All sessions are online, through Zoom. Meditating from the comfort of your home allows you to relax completely. You can choose your favorite meditation spot in your home, whether that be a cozy chair, a cushion on the floor, or your bed, and create the ideal atmosphere by dimming the lights and lighting candles.

  • First check my calendar for availability. Then you can book a 1-1 session online using your credit card. You'll receive an email confirmation and a zoom link, along with a reminder email .

  • It's best to find a time and place when you can be free from distractions. You'll need to bring a pen and paper to the session. Many people choose to use a laptop or iPad for the session so they can be seated for the first part and then lie down for the harp meditation part. It's up to you!

  • Some clients like to start off with weekly sessions for 4-6 sessions and then move to monthly. Others like to do monthly sessions from the start. Existing clients have the choice to save by choosing a package of 3 or 6 sessions.

  • You're not meant to! It's a myth that meditation requires your mind to be clear of thoughts. But we will learn how to put a little distance between our thoughts and how to look at our thoughts with compassion instead of judgment.
